What is a related party loan?
We recognise that from time to time there maybe new lending deals on our platform from ‘related parties’ to the firm. In such instances, we will ensure that the lending details state to all prospective investors that this deal ‘Is a Related Party Loan’ on our platform. Our definition of a related party transaction is any lending in the name of:

- Shareholders
- Senior Management
- Employees
