Where are my funds held (as a corporate)
Any funds that are not invested are held in a Kuflink separate Business Corporate Account in Natwest Bank PLC.
As a Corporate Investor, the rules of Client Money do not apply to any funds held in Kuflink's Business Corporate Account on the Corporate's behalf.
However, from 21st April 2022 - corporate funds will be treated as Client money under CASS 7 (Client money) Rules.
