Who is FAIZPAY and how do I perform Instant Bank transfers?

Faiz Pay is an approved Kuflink provider to offer free Open banking solutions to allow our clients to do Instant bank to bank transfers.

FaizPay is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (934835).

Using Kuflink's INSTANT BANK TRANSFER function, which allows clients to connect to their bank via Faizpay, clients can transfer up to £20,000 per day from their bank account to Kuflink. Some banks have set different limits, so please check with your bank or click here to see The Table Below. This service is free to clients. In most cases, this process will update your wallet instantaneously.

1. In the top right hand corner of your screen, click on your wallet balance.

2. This reveals a drop down menu.  Select "Top Up"

3. Within the Top Up menu, choose "Instant Bank Transfer (UK)"

4. Insert the amount you wish to top up, and click "Proceed"

5. Choose your bank  (eg; HSBC)

6. Choose to use your bank's app, or continue with your desktop browser.

You will now be taken through your bank's own process, utilising their systems.
